Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services rendered are non-refundable once completed.

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of the Service Provider and only in cases where services were not performed.

Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee and/or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Failure to be present at the time of service (“No-Show”) will result in a $50 service call fee and may lead to denial of future service.

Diagnostic Policy

Diagnostic services include inspection, testing, and vehicle scanning.

A diagnostic fee will be charged regardless of whether repairs are performed.

A single repair may not resolve all issues. Additional diagnostics or repairs may be required.

Diagnostic fees may be applied toward the total repair cost at the discretion of the Service Provider.

Battery Policy

1. Installed or Used Batteries

Batteries that have been installed or used are not eligible for a standard refund.

If a battery is suspected to be defective, it must undergo proper testing.

Appointment & Arrival Policy

All appointments must be scheduled and confirmed prior to dispatch.

The Customer must be present and provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

Appointment times are estimated arrival windows, not guaranteed exact times. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior service jobs.

Customer-Supplied Parts Policy

The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, or performance of any parts supplied by the Customer.

No warranty applies to customer-supplied parts or related labor.

Additional labor charges may apply if customer-supplied parts fail, are incorrect, or cannot be installed.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least two (2) hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Same-day rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations and may be subject to applicable fees.

Warranty Policy

The Service Provider offers a limited labor warranty of 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever occurs first) on qualifying repairs.

This warranty applies only to work performed using parts supplied by the Service Provider.

No warranty applies to:

  • Customer-supplied parts

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • Failures unrelated to the original repair

2. Defective Batteries (Warranty Claims)

Batteries found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced at no charge, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

No cash refunds will be issued for defective batteries after installation — replacement only.

3. Core Charge Policy

A core charge may be applied at the time of purchase.

This charge is refundable upon return of the old battery (core), provided it meets acceptance conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Batteries damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or physical damage are not eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, refunds, or warranty claims.

Weather & Work Conditions Policy

All services are performed in a mobile environment and are subject to weather and site conditions.

The Customer must provide a safe and suitable work area, including:

  • Adequate space

  • Level ground

  • Safe working conditions

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions.

Right to Refuse Service

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

  • Requests involving illegal modifications

  • Repairs outside the scope of mobile service

Service Area & Travel Fees

Services are limited to designated service areas.

Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service radius.

SPARK PLUG SERVICE POLICY

1. Service Overview

Spark plug replacement service includes removal and installation of spark plugs based on engine type (4, 6, or 8 cylinder). Labor pricing is based on accessibility and engine configuration.

2. Add-On Costs (If Required)

Additional labor charges may apply depending on vehicle condition:

  • Intake Manifold Removal: +$80 – $150

  • Seized/Broken Spark Plug Removal: +$50 – $120

  • Ignition Coil Removal (difficult access): +$10 – $25 per coil

  • Carbon Build-Up Cleaning: +$40 – $100

  • Thread Repair (if needed): +$80 – $200

All add-ons will be approved by customer before work continues.

31. Parts Policy

  • Spark plugs are not included unless specified.

  • Customer may provide parts or purchase through us.

  • We are not responsible for failure of customer-supplied parts.

4. Diagnostic Disclaimer

  • Spark plug replacement does not guarantee resolution of all engine issues.

  • Additional diagnostics may be required for misfires, rough idle, or performance problems.

5. Warranty

  • Does not cover:

    • Faulty parts

    • Pre-existing engine issues

    • Electrical or fuel system problems

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Customer understands:

  • Older engines may have seized or fragile spark plugs

  • Removal may result in breakage or additional repairs

  • Extra labor charges may apply if complications arise
