Feeling trapped at home or work due to a dead battery? Hit the road again with a fresh replacement. The price covers the installation of a new battery along with a One=-year warranty.

If the terminals need to be replaced, there will be a $15 charge, which includes a pair of terminals.

1. Installed or Used Batteries

  • Batteries that have been installed or used are not eligible for a standard refund.

  • If a battery is suspected to be defective, it must undergo in-store testing.

2. Defective Batteries (Warranty Claims)

  • Batteries found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced at no charge, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • No cash refunds will be issued for defective batteries after installation—replacement only.

3. Core Charge Policy

  • A core charge may be applied at the time of purchase.

  • This charge is refundable upon return of the old battery (core), regardless of where it was originally purchased, provided it meets acceptance conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Batteries that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or physical damage are not eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, refunds, or warranty claims.
